1- Radius is given so as not to cut the cover after PLR-94 is placed on the base.
2- The ease of flexing the base to the centre is provided for the outer part to be folded into the slot.
3- The upper ears have an upward radius so as not to cut the nylon while stretching.
4- Wings with a wide radius are formed that fully press the nylon into the slot.
5- The inner part is widened by 0,5 mm with the alternative of over and under nailing.
6- Compatible lock fit in both sides of the clip with inner and outer tabs
